iMC Dozer - Cylinder Reset

Ensure engine revs are set to MAX

1. LIFT blade completely and hold for 2 seconds

2. Keep blade raised, TILT blade LEFT completely and hold for 2 seconds.

3. Keep blade raised and tilted, ANGLE blade completely to the LEFT and hold for 2 seconds

   1. [not applicable for D61 dozers]

4. Check message box on the display, once the “Cylinder Sensor Reset Request!” alert goes out, resetting of cylinder angle has been completed.

If resetting of the stroke end of the cylinder fails, angle the blade RIGHT and repeat Step 1-4.

** Note: do not return blade to original position between LIFT, TILT and ANGLE movements. Cylinder Reset will not be completed
