Under no circumstance is a Komatsu employee to setup and configure Edge 2 Base Station with a UHF Radio on behalf of a customer if the customer has not provided sufficient evidence of their current ACMA Broadcasting Frequency
Whilst using the radio, customer must comply with the Australian Communication & Media Authority (ACMA) rules and regulations, including acquiring a license to broadcast within the designated radio frequencies.

Komatsu is not liable for the use of this product if it is operated outside of ACMA rules and regulations without the required license.
