Hard Reset

This is a last resort. Before performing this please turn the unit off and back on and try again.


Press & hold the power button for 20s when the Edge has fully powered On, Green ELD’s should be solid.


Steps

  1. While the Edge is powered on properly, indicated by Solid Green LED’s,

  2. Press and Hold the Power button for 20seconds

  3. After 20s the Edge will turn off

  4. Hard reset has been completed

Power back on and try to performed task
