SSupervisors can send text-based messages to an operator's in-cab iVolve display from either iControl or GoLine. Operators can then acknowledge that they've received the message, and send a range of custom pre-made replies, or write their own replies.
Operators can be notified of new messages with an audio alert, a banner display, and a Message icon in the iVolve display's notification tray.
Operators can also access all messages sent during their current shift from the Messages app in the Fleet Apps page on their iVolve display.
