Another main feature of SC remote is to remotely view or control the monitor.
After selecting the machine you want to access remotely, click on "Remote support".
After clicking on "Remote support", you get the option to choose between "Remote control" or "Remote view". You can start a remote session by clicking on either of them.
After clicking on one of the two options, a new tab will open. If you want to connect to an aftermarket system, click on "Start Remote Support".
In case you want to connect to a Komatsu iMC-machine, click on 'Connect'.
On the machine side, a notification will pop up that allows you to accept the "Remote" session. Depending on the type and settings of the software installed on the monitor, the notification displayed might vary. The following example is the notification you will receive on an android device. Click on "Yes" if you want to accept the "Remote" session.
After having completed the "Remote" session, please close the tab to limit the costs of data-transfer.
