If you want to transfer file(s) to the specific machine you have selected, click on 'File Transfer'.
Select the file(s) you want to send to the machine.
After you have selected the file, click on 'Start Transfer'.
After you have started the transfer the screen will switch to the 'History list' were you can check the status of the transferred file.
On the machine side, a notification will pop up that allows you to accept the file. Depending on the type and settings of the software installed on the monitor, the notification displayed might vary. The following example is the notification you will receive on an android device. Click on "Yes" if you want to accept the file.
The destination folder for the transferred files differs from device to device.
You can also transfer files when the machine is turned off.
The files will be waiting in the cloud until the machine is switched on and the monitor is connected to the internet.
File cloud storage is limited to 72 hours. If the machine wasn't connected to the internet during this time period, the files will be removed from the cloud and need to be sent again.
