How to add the 'ProjectLibrary'-folder to an android-device (that runs Trimble Earthworks)

To transfer files to an android device with SC Remote, the 'ProjectLibrary'-folder needs to be created as destination folder for the resp. files.

When your Android device runs Trimble Earthworks, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Click

 'settings'.

  1. Then, 'File transfer'.

  1. Select

 'Export Files FROM Machine' and click 'Next'.

  1. Select

 'Projects' and click 'Export'.

  1. Then,

go to the 'Settings' of your android device and click 'Storage & USB'.

  1. Click

 'Explore'.

  1. And

find the 'ProjectLibrary'-folder between the other folders.

If your device does not run Trimble Earthworks-software but you still want to be able to transfer files to it, just follow this procedure starting from step 5 and just add the 'ProjectLibrary'-folder manually at step 7. Should this not be possible at step 7 with your device, add the folder in the 'File Manager' of your phone.
