To access equipment inspections, tap the Safety icon on the Homescreen, then choose the Equipment Inspection option.
Or, from the bottom part of the screen, tap the Equipment Inspection option.

The Equipment Inspection screen opens, displaying the following details
a. Back Arrow: Tap this arrow to exit and return to the previous screen.
b. Search: Type a search term into this field to search the equipment inspection entries.
c. Filter: Use the filter criteria to limit entries by time period, user, and equipment type association.
d. Date Arrow: Tap the forward or back date arrows to move between dates of the Equipment Inspection log.
e. Date Picker: Tap to open a calendar view and select a specific date to view.
f. Equipment Inspection Entry: Each equipment inspection completed will have its own panel displaying information about the state of the equipment, the equipment details, the user who submitted the inspection, and the date/time it was completed.
g. More Options Menu: Tap this icon to open a dropdown menu containing a "delete" option.
h. Add Equipment Inspection Button: Tap this button to perform an equipment inspection.
