Editing and Deleting Equipment'

  1. Tap the image-20250310-053724.png icon in the upper right corner of the app.

  2. The menu opens. Tap the Admin option.

  1. The Admin menu opens. Tap the Equipment Settings Option.

  1. The Equipment Menu opens. Tap Equipment Setup to continue.

  1. The Equipment Setup view opens showing a list of all the machinery added to Smart Construction Field for your organization.

  1. To edit an equipment listing:
    a.  Tap the additional options at the right side of the equipment listing you wish to edit.

    b.The dropdown menu opens. Tap Edit to continue.

    c.The Edit Equipment screen opens. Change the equipment's detail as needed. Note that this cost detail is only visible if the user has the SC - Cost Visibility permission

    d. Once all information has been entered, tap the image-20250310-054105.png button to save your updates to the equipment or tap the image-20250310-054134.png button to cancel.

  2. To delete an equipment listing:

a.  

Tap the additional options at the right side of the equipment listing you wish to edit.

The dropdown menu opens. Tap Delete to continue.

c.

You will be asked to confirm that you'd like to delete this piece of equipment. Tap the Checkmark button to proceed.

d.

Note: Only equipment that is not currently in use may be deleted.
