Viewing Equipment Setup'

  1. Tap the  icon in the upper right corner of the app.

  2. The menu opens. Tap the Admin option.

  3. The Admin menu opens. Tap the Equipment Settings option.

  4. The Equipment menu opens. Tap the Equipment Setup option.

  5. The Equipment Setup view opens showing a list of all the machinery added to Smart Construction Field for your organization.

    1. Back Arrow: Tap to return to the previous screen.

    2. Search: Enter a search term to find specific equipment.

    3. Show Inactive Toggle: By default, the app will only display equipment that is currently active. Tap the toggle switch to show both active and inactive equipment.

    4. Equipment Listing: The equipment name, OEM and type are displayed on the main Equipment Setup screen.

    5. Additional Options: Tap to reveal a dropdown menu with options to edit or delete the equipment listing.

    6. Expand Detail: Tap the arrow to view additional details about the equipment listing from the main screen. Note that this cost detail is only visible if the user has the SC - Cost Visibility permission.

    7. Add Equipment: Tap to add a new piece of equipment.
