Using Switch in Time Clock'

While clocked into Smart Construction Field you can seamlessly change the project, task, or cost code to which your time is being logged.

1. From the Homescreen, tap the Time Clock button.

2. The Time Clock screen opens. Tap the Switch button.

3. The Switch dialogue opens. Choose the element of your clock-in that you'd like to switch: task, cost code, or project. Tap that option to proceed.

4. You will be prompted to select from dropdown options to update the task, cost code, and/or project. Tap the Checkmark button to proceed.

5. You will be asked to confirm the details of your switch. Tap the Checkmark button to proceed, or the "X" button to cancel.

6. The Time Clock screen will reappear with the options that you've just chosen displayed at the top of the screen.

7. In the Time Card dialogue, this switch displays here at the bottom as a new clock in. You have been automatically clocked out of the previous task.
