Adding Project Notifications'

Designated users in the roles of Project Manager or Foreman can receive notifications associated with specific projects via their mobile devices and/or email. Equipment Inspection notifications are delivered with links to take users directly to the piece of equipment that requires attention within the app.

  • Daily Reports emails notifications go to:

    • User who ran the report

    • Designated users indicated in the Notifications dialogue.

  • The Safety Notifications & Equipment Inspections are for the following:

    • Site Log Safety Observations and Equipment Inspections that require attention go to – PM & Foreman

    • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Rules:

      • Complete - “Receive Safety Notices & Daily Reports”

      • Misdetection - “Receive Safety Notices & Daily Reports”

      • Duplicate Error – Receipt Uploader

      • Sort Error – “Receive Safety Notices & Daily Reports”

      • Other Error – Receipt Uploader

      • Approved – “Receive Safety Notices”

  1. To add new notification recipients to a project, start by tapping the Main Menu button to open the menu.

  1. The Main Menu opens. Tap the Project Info option.

  1. The Project Info Admin menu opens. Tap on the Notifications option.

  1. The Edit Notification Types dialogue opens. Tap on the Expand arrow to view more detail about any notification listing.

  1. You will be prompted to search for the user you wish to add, or to select them from the listing below. Choose your user to continue.

  1. The new user now appears under the notification type to which it was added. To remove a user, tap the Delete icon to the right of their name.

  2. Tap the Checkmark button to save changes to project notifications, or the "X" button to cancel.
