Localization file has invalid format.

A0202001

Could not delete.

Check running processes in the job/event list, the send list and export list and perform the following before delete it again.
Cancel the process if there was any process running.
Clear the list if the result of the process was displayed.

Cannot delete the project because RTK correction data broadcasting was in progress.

  • PPK log is obtained from a different aircraft: Import the corresponding PPK log file and generate the point cloud again.

Cannot start PPK, because there was no PPK log.

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Flight data other than PPK is included: Change the point cloud generation method and execute point cloud generation again.

  • It is PPK flight data, but there is no PPK log: Check the PPK log, and if it cannot be obtained, perform a re-flight.

  • PPK log is obtained from a different aircraft: Import the corresponding PPK log file and generate the point cloud again.

Cannot generate the point cloud because no corresponding PPK log to the flight data.

A020600C

Fail to export data.
There is not enough free space in the USB memory.

Cannot export because of insufficient USB capacity.

Fail to export data.
There is not enough free space in the SD card.

Cannot operate because of the less capacity of SSD.

Please confirm if SD card was inserted correctly to SMART CONSTRUCTION Edge.

No SD card inserted.

B020C009

It is the same as the existing file name. Please change to a new file name.

The same file name already exists.

A0300001

Cannot connect to the network RTK service server.

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Unstable internet connection: Check your communication environment and try again in a stable location.

  • Unstable due to starting Edge: Wait for 2-3 minutes and try again.

Cannot access to the internet.

A0300002

Network RTK service login failed.
Please check the user name and password and try again.

Authentication error

A0300003

I can't communicate with external radio.
Check the radio settings and retry.

External radio communication error

A0300004

Positioning by network RTK service failed.
Please check the following and try again.
 ・ The environment should be easy to receive GNSS satellites with few obstacles.
 ・ GNSS mask degree is not set too small or large.

Positioning timeout

A0300005

Fail to save PPK log.
Delete unnecessary data from SMART CONSTRUCTION Edge.

Became disk full during the PPK logging.

A0300006

Fail to save PPK log.

Had a disk error during the PPK logging

A0300007

We cannot acquire the appropriate PPK log, because PPK logging time was too short.
PPK log must be acquired longer than several minutes.

PPK log NAV file generation error

A0303002

Broadcast has been stopped due to a network error.
Check if Internet communication is stable.

Network errir during the RTK correction data broadcasting

Photogrammetry Unknown error

A0400002

Failed to transform coordinates.
 Please check if the coordinate system of the project you set is correct.
 If the error persists even after setting the correct coordinate system, please take note of the error code and contact support.

EPSG conversion error

A0400003

Failed to load flight data.
 It is possible that the flight data contains unsupported formats

.Supported models:
 Phantom 4 RTK (DJI), Mavic 3 Enterprise (DJI), Mavic 3D (DJI), Matrice 300 RTK (DJI), Matrice 350 RTK (DJI), Matrice 4E (DJI), Matrice 400 (DJI), Explore1 (Skycatch), Aerobo PPK (Aerosense), Soten (ACSL)

 If an error occurs even with data from supported drones, please note the error code and contact support.

Unsupported flightdata(Exif etc.)

A0400004

Failed to generate localization data.

Invalid localization data.

A0400005

Failed to generate the point cloud.

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Survey area exceeded: Limit the survey range

  • Poor capture data: Check whether the images are too dark

  • Drone settings issue: Check the recommended settings below

  • Distortion correction OFF

  • Altitude optimization ON (for flights with oblique shots)

  • Mechanical shutter ON

After reviewing the above, please conduct another flight

The surveyed area exceeds the limit size.

A0500001

Failed to process PPK.
 Please check whether the installation position of the SMART CONSTRUCTION Edge device is correct when obtaining the PPK log.

Cannot fix PPK

A0500002

Failed to generate point cloud.

Possible causes and solutions:

  • Flight data other than PPK is included: Change the point cloud generation method and execute point cloud generation again.

  • It is PPK flight data, but there is no PPK log: Check the PPK log, and if it cannot be obtained, perform a re-flight.

  • PPK log is obtained from a different aircraft: Import the corresponding PPK log file and generate the point cloud again.

RTK processing was requested with non-RTK flight data.

A0701002

Failed to generate point cloud.
Please note the error code and contact us.

Unknown error during the point cloud generation,

A0701003

Failed to generate the point cloud.
 Data from two or more different drone models is mixed.
 Please use data from the same drone or exclude images with different resolutions and try generating the point cloud again.

Image sizes are inconsistent (different drone models across multiple flights, etc.)



Low overlap rate may cause lower accuracy.



Severely blurry pictures may cause lower accuracy

A0701006

Failed to generate point cloud.

Insufficient memory capacity for the point cloud data size.

B0701006

Due to the lack of free storage space in SMART CONSTRUCTION Edge, we may fail the point cloud generation。
