Terms of Use by the purchaser of Satel UHF Radio used with Edge 2 Base Station Mode broadcasting RTK Corrections
Under no circumstance is a Komatsu employee to setup and configure Edge 2 Base Station with a UHF Radio on behalf of a customer if the customer has not provided sufficient evidence of their current ACMA (Australia) or RSM (New Zealand) Broadcasting Frequency.
Australia
Whilst using the radio, customer must comply with the Australian Communication & Media Authority (ACMA) rules and regulations, including acquiring a license to broadcast within the designated radio frequencies.

Komatsu is not liable for the use of this product if it is operated outside of ACMA rules and regulations without the required license.
New Zealand
Whilst using the radio, customer must comply with the New Zealand Radio Spectrum Management rules and regulations, including acquiring a license to broadcast within the designated radio frequencies.
Radio spectrum usage in New Zealand is governed by two key pieces of legislation — the Radiocommunications Act 1989 and the Radiocommunications Regulations 2001.
