Before an operator can log in to an SQS display on a machine, or log in to complete a PreStart check in GoLine, they must have an Operator Profile. These are created and managed in GoLine.
Ensuring each operator has their own profile ensures the work completed on a machine is recorded to the correct operator, both to track their progress and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Creating Operator Profiles
To create an Operator Profile:

In GoLine, select Master data from the left-hand menu, then select Operators and click Add in the top-right corner.

Enter a Name and a code that is at least four digits long in the Log in code field, then click Save.
Each log in code must have four digits, and must be unique; two or more operators cannot share the same log in code. Each operator's log in code is shown by default on the Operators page.
Editing Operator Profiles
To edit an existing Operator Profile:

Click the Edit icon on an operator.

Make changes as needed, then click Save.
If the Operator Profile has previously been deleted, selecting its Enabled check box will re-enable the profile. See the Deleting Operator Profiles section of this topic below for more information.
Deleting Operator Profiles
When you delete an operator profile it no longer appears in the Operators list.
However, this is a soft delete, and the profile can be enabled again by selecting the its Enabled check box. See the Editing Operator Profiles section of this topic above for more information on this process.
Only Enabled operators can access PreStart Web.
To delete an Operator Profile:

Click the Edit icon on an operator.

Clear the Enabled check box and click Save.
