Remotely access a machine in SC Remote

  1. Log in to SC Portal - Smart Construction

  2. Open SC Remote

  1. Click on the machine you would like to access

    1. It must be showing as “Online” and “With Activation” to remote into the machine

    2. It does not need to be “Online” if sending a file to the machine - it will load once the machine is next online

  1. To remote into a machine

    1. Click on “Remote Support”

    2. Choose Remote Control or Remote View

    3. This will load a pop-up screen

    4. The operator will need to grant access by tapping “Start Now” on the tablet (only on 3DMG machines)

  2. To send files (rpz for 3DMG, tp3 for IMC)

    1. Click on “File Transfer”

    2. Click on Select a file, or drag and drop the file to the box

    3. Click Start Transfer
