Issue
A jobsite that was previously visible in the Smart Construction Dashboard's project list suddenly disappeared.
However, the site information is still displayed on the site list of portal site.
Cause

You are no longer a participant of the jobsite.

The archive setting is turned on.
How to deal

Select the jobsite from the 【"1"Site List】 and check if your name is listed in the 【"2"Participant List】.If you do not see your name, you have been deleted from the list of participants, and you will need to add yourself as a member to the site information from the participants again.

Check the archive settings.
Click the 【"1" menu button】 for the jobsite to check the status.
If the jobsite is archived, click 【"2" Unarchive】 to restore it.
Other Factors
If you click the gear symbol and then "Delete project" and then "Delete" on the Smart Construction Dashboard site, the project site will be deleted from the application.
It is possible that one of the members participating in the project site has done this.
In case of deletion
Please be aware that we will not be able to recover the data that was previously used.
