1. From the ICT Monitor
-
On the ICT monitor, open the 3D Boundary menu.
-
Select the active boundary and set:
-
Auto Stop Control → OFF (this keeps warnings only, no machine stop).
-
2. Manual Override During Operation
-
If the machine is in Semi-Auto Mode and you hit a 3D boundary:
-
Push the temporary control cancel switch (on the left-hand work equipment control lever).
-
While holding this switch, you can override the stop and move past the boundary.
-
-
Release the switch to re-enable boundary control immediately.
3. Disable Boundary Control Completely
-
In the 3D Boundary menu, toggle 3D Boundary Active → OFF.
-
The machine will not warn or stop for boundaries until you reactivate it.
⚠️ Warnings & Precautions
-
Use caution when overriding — the virtual wall is removed, and the machine can strike obstacles or dig outside the design area.
-
The manual states: do not rely solely on 3D Boundary Control for safety; always visually check surroundings.
-
On slopes, sudden stops can destabilize the machine. If operating on inclines, you may need to keep Auto Stop Control OFF to prevent unexpected halts.
