Issue
When creating a new site and entering the number of licenses to be allocated, the message “Please enter a value less than or equal to the number of allocatable licenses.” is displayed and the number of units cannot be set.
Answer / Cause
You cannot set the number of units that exceeds the number of allocatable licenses.
To increase the number of allocatable licenses, you can either adjust (reduce) the number of licenses allocated to other sites or purchase additional licenses.
Explanation /How to deal
Please refer to the following procedure on how to adjust licenses allocated to other sites.

Open the site you wish to adjust, such as a non-operating site, and change the number of units that can be logged in at the same time.

Open the site where you want to adjust the number of licenses.

Click on the various settings (marked with ⚙) on the left side.

When the following screen appears, click on "Site Editing."

Scroll down the edit page and set/update the number of licenses.

If the site is not in operation, change the number to 0, etc.
*If a terminal is already logged in to a editing site, you will not be able to change the allotment to a number less than the number of logins. Please force logout of the currently logged-in vehicle from the login management and set the allocation.
2）After adjusting the number of simultaneous logins at another site, the number of vehicles available for allocation has increased. Please set and update the settings at the new site to the actual number of vehicles in use.
*To change the number of simultaneous logins, it is necessary to operate with an account with the same company ID as the organization creating the site. If you try to operate with an account of another organization, the setting items will be grayed out.
*The number of simultaneous logins allowed per license depends on the device used.
