The LEDs on the BM2 change colour and illumination pattern to indicate various meanings.
The following LED behaviour applies to BM2s with serial numbers prior to BM2A0070. For later serial numbers, refer to the Interpreting LED states information.
BM2 devices with serial numbers after BM2A0070 have a different LED specification.
