When creating or editing a safety survey, there is a new option to add Supervisor Signature on to crew member’s safety survey. This feature could be used in multiple ways, but mainly to check if all crew members are completing their required surveys on time.

To utilize, toggle the "Supervisor Signature Required button to the right (see below).
FYI this will not change how the users fill out the surveys, however, in the survey log, supervisors will see the message that states “Supervisor check required”.
Once the survey with the “Supervisor check required” is opened, the supervisor who has this permission will be able to sign off on the survey. After the supervisor has signed the signature, this will show up in the survey log and in the survey detail report.
One last thing, make sure the supervisors who will be signing off on these safety surveys have the following permission on. “Safety Survey Supervision”.
